We’re thrilled to welcome Emma Walmsley as our next Chief Executive Officer, effective January 4, 2027.
Emma has the experience and skills to bring HP's businesses, capabilities and people together to capture the opportunities ahead as AI moves to the edge, transforming how we work and live in a more connected world.

She brings a proven track record of guiding organizations across multiple industries through significant change to capture new opportunities and build for the future. As CEO of GSK, she made consequential strategic choices that delivered a step-change in GSK's operating performance, portfolio and pipeline. She also brings a strong customer orientation, and relevant technology insights shaped by her operating experience and seven years of service on Microsoft’s Board.

She is a perfect match for HP's path forward as we execute with focus and urgency, accelerating innovation for customers and the laying the foundation to win in the AI era.

Bruce Broussard will continue as Interim CEO through the transition and will become Chair of the Board when Emma assumes the role on January 4, succeeding Chip Bergh.
