@NVIDIAHealth and the Institute for Protein Design, led by Nobel laureate David Baker, just released RFD4-Proteina today at GTC Berlin, an open model that designs a protein’s sequence and structure together against a target. Apheris is a launch distribution partner. We run RFD4-Proteina on your own GPUs, inside your environment, and you can fine-tune it on your own structures and assays to design VHHs, antibodies, binders and enzymes and customize it to your chemistry.
🧬@LilaSciences explores a B-cell lymphoma therapy with NVIDIA Nemotron and Agent Toolkit for planning, plus BioNeMo models for millions of virtual experiments.
Robots make and test promising candidates, using the results to guide the next round.
This is what a communal brain—a central tenet of the IPD approach—looks like in action. 🧠
We're thrilled to present RFD4-Proteina, co-developed with @NVIDIAHealth! Can't wait to see what you build: https://t.co/ezw5LPM0Bf
RFD4-Proteina, co-developed by @UWproteindesign@UWMedicine & @NVIDIAHealth, debuts today at GTC Berlin. The open-source generative model will use biomolecular reasoning to find new protein solutions for medicine, sustainability, materials & biotech. https://t.co/GSy9hwvoRM
Today at GTC, we’re excited to announce our collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb to bring the latest Boltz models into BMS’s drug discovery workflows. @bmsnews@boltz_bio 🚀🧵
We just merged the first protein sequence design model RFD4-Proteina in Diffusers 🔥
I hope this pushes the state of open BioML further.

New de novo design model from Baker Lab + NVIDIA, available on Tamarind today.
We are excited to be working with @NVIDIAHealth to bring access to RFD4-Proteina on day 0.
@nollahealth is pioneering access to care with AI-driven prescriptions. But critical use cases like these require superhuman performance.
Together with @nvidia and @nebius, we post-trained the new Nemotron 3.5 VL Super to SoTA on differential diagnosis.
Accurate extraction of chemical synthesis routes from scientific literature is critical to accelerating AI-native drug discovery workflows. Today, in collaboration with @nvidia , we are excited to announce state-of-the-art performance in extracting these routes using fine-tuned Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and Nemotron 3 Nano Omni. We are grateful to the team at @NVIDIAHealth for their partnership on this work and honored for our collaboration to be featured in today’s Nemotron 3.5 Super VL launch!
By embedding this capability directly into our EMMI platform, which combines proprietary hardware, scale data, chemistry-first AI, and lab-in-the-loop automation, we are enabling our agents to dynamically parse and reason over chemical documents on-the-fly, and powering a continuous data flywheel that is further expanding our access to actionable chemical space and accelerating the path to novel medicines for the patients who need them.
