My old dog caught a rat and made the insidious bastard squeal so loud I heard it from a different room. I'm so proud of the little lady in her old age.☺️Had to finish it off because she's not as killy as she used to be, even so, great work catching it!

Had fun with a rat trap this week. I can conclusively say these "traps" do not trap, they, perhaps due to a mechanical error, turn those fuckers' heads into the second state of matter.

A rodent died half way in a rat hole under my cabinet making cleaning not only a pain but it was just far out enough for little lady to spot but not enough for the old girl to reach, stressing her out. Plus with poison in it, I didn't want her touching it. Traps will my method.

I don't like using rat poison because I like knowing where it's going to die. A trap has a death zone, poison gives the rodent enough time to move inside a wall, this can make clean up difficult. Plus a rat trap is say 3 quid and reusable, poison varies but is never a good deal.
