@lambeth_council can someone please advise the cleaners of the roles and responsibilities. Doing all sorts other than cleaning something that should be done ASAP.

@lambeth_council @lambeth_council Still nothing unfortunately. Will take it up with the local ward council Larkhall. Gate still broken so you have a dark area with no security gate, I don’t need to emphasise why that’s a problem in inner London. The block is full of elderly and vulnerable people

Security gate inoperable in willett house (Fenwick estate) for 1yr, kids recently seen lighting a dumped mattress within the block. Seems like @lambeth_council are doing a terrible job. We are private tenants with our estate agent looking after the flat, lambeth council 👎.

@lambeth_council Still nothing and this has happened before. You use the DM to ease the situation? We really need this fixed. I know there is a issue of a part but no one has told me this direct. I think the key to this is if someone is just honest instead of passing the buck we could understand.

@lambeth_council @GraceKemp90 @wandbc Hi @lambeth_council on this note fly tipping in willett house Fenwick estate due to gate being left broken for the last 6months with numerous reports from residents. Kids seen playing with matches near the mattress, problems that could be avoided waiting to happen.
