The Thai army has destroyed Buddhist temples, a statue of Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva temples, and many other civilian infrastructures in Cambodia, and they are applauding these evil actions. Thailand is a real invader, they should stop the invasion.

If you’ve never visited Cambodia, this is one of the Vishnu statues at our temples. Although most Cambodians today follow Buddhism, many temples were built during the reigns of kings who honored Hindu traditions—and we continue to respect those beliefs.

History is not only about who built, owned, or claimed these temples. It is about what truly happened in the past—recorded in the sacred inscriptions carved into temple walls (សិលាចរឹកនៅលើប្រាង្គប្រាសាទ) and studied by both national and international archaeologists.

According to Mr. Norasingh Norasingh, the statue of Lord Vishnu that was destroyed by Siamese (Thai) soldiers was constructed in 2015 on the An Ses Mountain ridge. It was crafted by an artisan named Sokha, with the design drawn by Mr. Sok Chamroeun. The initiator of the construction was Oknha Try Pheap, who built it to dedicate the site to the deity on An Ses Mountain and to seek peace, prosperity, and blessings from the god. This statue Vishnu had been demolished by Thai army during the military invasion on Cambodian territory and sovereignity
