Dear ADHDers,
Burnout doesn’t always show up loud.
It’s not just:
- Meltdowns
- Health crashes
- Total social shutdown
Sometimes burnout can show up quietly:
- Your brain’s foggy
- Everything feels “too much”
- Joy is missing from things you once loved
These are early warning signs of burnout.
Your brain is asking for rest.
You don’t have to earn rest.
Rest now—before burnout forces you to.

They have a gofundme located here: https://t.co/sFNfx2VeVQ
He also has a caringbridge so you can see what’s happening: https://t.co/urM8gtdlkL
So, if you saw my yesterday post, they’re pulling my brother in law off the ventilator tomorrow and he is not expected to make it more than a few hours.
People have asked if there’s anything that can be done for my sister, so I’m sharing around her gofundme and Andrew’s story.
