@TrueVAIndie @ClarenceMaximus @dilanesper I haven't read through all, but don't they agree with Sotomayor and Dilan on the ATS. It's the TVPA where they agree with the majority. (Personally as a non-American non-lawyer lol the dissent is right, the founding gen thought there are implied causes of action in ATS)

I agree the legal order was radically changed, but I do not think anything happened that constituted a break as I think of it. Everything had support of president and congress...
