First, Wallet’s RPC was overloaded. Now, many marketplace transactions remain pending on the network.

We’ve paused minting and secondary while we fix the remaining bugs and let them settle.

we paused secondary to reconcile pending payments, fix the bugs, and make sure everything runs smoothly before reopening

we’re reviewing every pending transaction, including cases like yours

some eligible users approved a transaction, then closed or refreshed the page before it finished processing. their ZecBit was already reserved by that first transaction, which made their GTD/WL appear unavailable

all GTD and WL spots were allocated on our side. we’ll also announce a dedicated opportunity for users who were verified as eligible in our checker but couldn’t complete the mint

we tested everything before launch, but real traffic exposed issues we couldn’t see before

You can still list on secondary, but purchases cannot be completed until the RPC is restored.

If your WL disappeared, you likely opened a transaction, didn’t approve it, and refreshed. Your ZecBit is temporarily reserved, not lost. Wait for the reservation to expire, or DM us a new wallet address and we’ll help.

also ran into something pretty interesting during my first mint on Zcash

clicked mint → transaction popped up → decided to double check everything first

refreshed the page and suddenly:

“ineligible, you already minted”

except I literally hadn’t 💀

after ~30-40 mins it became eligible again and I could mint normally

guess the shielded tx needed some time / blocks to get properly picked up and verified by the mint platform

privacy doesn’t mean unverifiable
