🎉 We're delighted to announce that we have received funding from @DCMS's Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND) delivered by @ace_national to replace our skylight.
We were excited to welcome Lord Parkinson to the museum to find out about the project 👇

@CatsBikesCakes @SDreyfrst @JonBaker You might want to check out a battle prom, 1812, plus the battle symphony (190 plus cannon! ) and some awesome pyro, often rigged with the help of yours truly :)

@bankwithsmile There is no excuse nowadays for punishing users for correct punctuation, messages can be sanitised on the back end surely. The banning of semi colons reads like some half arsed SQL injection prevention. Are the apostrophes suspected of being back-ticks too?
@bankwithsmile @LadyCaroline128 Tonight I am crusading against this idiotic problem. From trial and error, trying to send messages, it appears quote marks and the apostrophe ( as typed by autocomplete on an iPhone using safari) are also “special foreign characters” Really really bad UX
@bankwithsmile@mrjimmyjimjim You seriously need to address this, I am on the verge of leaving too, simply because there is no other method of contact and I’m forced to try deleting characters that look even slightly suspicious to get a message through. Back end message sanitation is a solved problem by now!
@mrjimmyjimjim@bankwithsmile Your only method of sending a messsge via web banking is totally broken. I too encountered the apostrophe problem. In trying to report this problem via the same system I now have a message with apparently zero special characters, which still won’t send, and no indication why
