is it legal for soc members to take over common area & plant trees close to the building? They refuse to trim it-it blocks off sunlight,view & reaches the balcony of people living on the lower floor they are unaffected living higher up(1/2)

@MSEDCL ???? 3rd to 14th Sept the reading was 40 units. After billing 150 units for Sept the October billing started from 0 when it should have started at 40.

My meter was replaced on 3rd Sept, the meter reading was on 14th September. However the meter-reader wrote 'faulty meter'and sent a bill for 150 units.
Now this month he has taken the reading from 03 Sept to 14 Oct and billed for 164 units. How is this fair?

@MSEDCL Hello, How come electric meters are not available in Pune for replacement for over a year, while new constructions get a meter within months of applying?
Add to that for faulty meter you are billing flat 500 Units since May 22, even if the consumers average is not even 200 units?
