@komal_uk01 I pay primarily because I can open the app on any device natively and I use YT music.
Convenience is much more important than saving a few bucks for me
Polio survives in only two countries now. Pakistan is one of them.
It's not because the vaccine fails. India was certified polio-free in 2014 with the same drops.
It's because of trust. Every refused dose leaves a child exposed.
As a doctor, my ask is simple: two drops for every child under 5, every campaign. Even if they had them last time.

Nigerian doctors are angry over reports that they'll have to wait 5 years after graduating for the certificate they need to work abroad. The medical council hasn't commented yet.
Nigeria's doctors are reportedly being told: no Certificate of Good Standing until 5 years after graduation.
That won't stop brain drain. It just traps people.
Doctors don't leave because the paperwork is easy. They leave over pay, safety, and hospitals that burn them out.
As a doctor in Pakistan, I'd say the same to us: fix the reasons people leave, not the exits.

Every minute a stroke goes untreated, the brain loses about 1.9 million neurons.
If you see:
F: face drooping
A: arm weakness
S: slurred speech
T: time to reach a hospital with a CT scanner.
Now.
Don't wait for it to "settle." No totkay first.

iPhone Duo lands Friday. I've been on Samsung foldables since the Z Fold5, so here's my honest take if you're in Pakistan and tempted:
1. You'll use it closed more than you think. The cover screen matters most.
2. The crease stops bothering you within a week.
3. Weight is the real cost, not the crease.
4. $1,999 is before any PTA tax.

Would you buy a foldable iPhone, or stick with Samsung?
P.S. I'm getting one

Hot take: foldables are the only phones that still feel exciting. Every regular flagship looks the same now, same slab, same camera bump, small upgrades. Foldable people, would you go back to a normal phone? ๐ฑ #GalaxyZFold
Seeing a lot of outrage about doctors using ChatGPT. Honest take from a doctor who uses AI daily: AI is great for checking a dose, a guideline, a differential. It's dangerous as a replacement for examining the patient. The tool isn't the problem; using it without judgment is. #MedTwitter

psychology says:
When a woman lives under constant stress and uncertainty, her body adapts by going into survival mode. She becomes tense, alert, and drained โ always bracing for the next thing to go wrong. Even in moments of calm, her mind canโt fully relax. Itโs 1/2
