Very few understand this role reversal. What looks like innocence or inconvenience is really time coming full circle. Don't correct them harshly. Don't rush them. Care for them the way they once protected you. This is not a burden. It is repayment.

FOR DUNYA

1. Ya Allah, please grant me lots of rizq. I am in dire need of whatever good you have to offer me
2. Ya Allah, please grant sakinah (peace) in my family
3. Ya Allah, always keep my children under your direct protection
4. Ya Allah, bless me with multiple sustenance
5. Ya Allah, keep me and my family away from musibah, sickness and disasters
6. Ya Allah, keep me away from tests which I do not have the capability to deal with
7. Ya Allah, always keep the heart of my children united
8. Ya Allah, always guide others hearts in liking me and my family
9. Ya Allah, always protect me and my family from envy and jealousy of others
10. Ya Allah, provide shifa/cure to all Muslims who are afflicted with one sickness or the other
11. Ya Allah, protect and feed all orphan children
12. Ya Allah, protect the dignity of the Muslims all over the world
13. Ya Allah, help us clear our debts before death and make us rely only on You.

FOR DEATH

1. Ya Allah, grant me husnul khatimah — good ending to my life
2. Ya Allah, save me from the test and difficulties of sakarat
3. Ya Allah, grant me the ability to recite the shahadah upon death (La ilaha ilallah, Muhammadur rasulullah)

FOR THE AFTERLIFE

1. Ya Allah, make my grave in future from the gardens of Jannah
2. Ya Allah, make my grave spacious and illuminate it with noor so that I can rest in peace until I am resurrected back
3. Ya Allah, ease my situation in mahshar
4. Ya Allah, grant me a shade under your arsh
5. Ya Allah cover my sins with your mercy and grant me forgiveness from your Rahim
6. Ya Allah, grant me permission to enter paradise through ar-Rayyan
7. Ya Allah, with your mercy unite me and my entire family in Jannah
8. Ya Allah, with your infinite mercy grant me the ability to see your noble face on the day you show your noble face to the inhabitants of Jannah.

He was the first Sheikh and hafiz of the Holy Qur’an to serve as a Minister, and went on to become the best Minister the ministry has ever had. If there’s no anyone with such combination in the Nigerian political space, then it’s enough to mark him as truly exceptional.

Being exceptional doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be criticized, but let the critics present a more deserving candidate than him. Not just criticize him for the sake of criticism.
