@DTDCIndia Why does your company always take parcels for couriering when you don't deliver to the pincode to which it is being despatched? That is cheating!

@amazonIN If a package is not delivered on time & the customer has paid for express shipping Amazon shd automatically refund shipping charges w/out the customer having to chase you!!! There is no option to ask for this refund on customer service page. Amazon India please improve!
@AmazonHelp Well it was not automatically refunded, Sir! So you are still making the customer chase it. That is not service. That's a headache. Amazon US, UK and Ireland do not do this. I have been a customer of Amazon US for 30 years
@AmazonHelp Mr Shareef, it is not a personal complaint and you don't seem to be getting it and I will not DM. I am complaining about an Amazon policy that affects all customers. Minimum wrapping is required for many products you are dispatching. Please revisit your dispatch policies.
@amazonIN How can you possibly send food items without any packaging at all? They get contaminated, crushed and it is not hygienic? What is this new, faulty packaging policy by Amazon?!
