@TeamYouTube It's been 3 months and still no real answer. My channel was terminated for "spam/scam," and a second channel with zero videos was terminated alongside it — an empty channel can't be committing fraud. I was told this would get a manual review. What happened to that?
@TeamYouTube How does my Minecraft 3D animation channel violate your "Spam" policy? Are you serious? My channel had 10 videos, and I was uploading just one a day. Could you send a real PERSON to REVIEW this, instead of giving me a canned response? @TeamYouTube
YouTube and a truly fair review? Yeah, right that’s impossible. I’ve been waiting for my review since June 14th. All I get are canned responses like "It’s already been done," and so on but you didn't even ask for a link to my channel @TeamYouTube
Is there an actual HUMAN working at @TeamYouTube? My channel was auto-terminated for "deceptive practices", but I only post original Minecraft animations. I’m stuck in a bot loop. Please escalate this to a real support team member! 💔
I filed an appeal with the Digital Services Act(DSA) Due to the fact that YouTube moderation verdicts on blurring my channels are an error, I provided a sufficient number of arguments, but the moderation AI simply ignored them based on the verdict first check. @TeamYouTube
Hello Dear @TeamYouTube
It's been almost three months since YouTube mistakenly deleted my animation channel, allegedly for "Spam, Deception, and Fraud." How can ordinary animations fall into this category? I wasn't deceiving anyone, spamming anyone, or committing any fraud. I simply made 3D animations and was an expert in my field.
Why am I an expert? I have a main channel with an audience of 500,000 subscribers, which was also deleted earlier this year, but I was able to get it back 40 days later. In this situation, I'm simply receiving automated AI responses; in some cases, I didn't even send links to my channel, but it turned out I'd allegedly violated something. Again, if I hadn't been receiving these automated AI responses, I would have already gotten my channel back.
I ask everyone to support this post with a like, a comment, and a repost. I hope YouTube will contact me for feedback.
I submitted a formal DSA dispute because YouTube's channel terminations were clearly made in error. Despite providing full proof, the system auto-rejected it by relying on the initial flawed automated check instead of reviewing my evidence. @TeamYouTube
Hello @TeamYouTube support team. I am writing to request an urgent, manual human review regarding an unfair automated termination of my YouTube channels.
My primary channel was abruptly terminated under the "Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams" policy after publishing ~10 videos. Every automated appeal was rejected in seconds, proving no human specialist reviewed the case. 2–3 weeks later, a secondary empty channel with zero public uploads was also banned citing "Circumvention," which is a direct cascading result of the initial false positive.
I am NOT using AI tools, automated scripts, or mass-generation utilities. I create original 3D Minecraft animations completely frame-by-frame using Mine-Imator. Publishing ~1 video per day (or less) is standard organic posting, not spam. The algorithm likely mistook my recurring 3D assets and visual style for synthetic automation. Furthermore, I have never included misleading metadata, malicious links, or financial incentives in my content.
As an experienced creator active since 2024 (with over 500,000 subscribers on my main project and a physical YouTube Silver Creator Award), I deeply respect platform policies and would never risk my standing. In January, I experienced a similar automated mass-ban issue that was fully resolved after a human review, where all my affected channels were completely restored.
I have all raw Mine-Imator project files (.miproject), keyframe timelines, and 3D render logs ready for inspection to prove 100% manual authorship.
I have already sent both Channel IDs directly to your DMs. Could a real human agent please review our active DM thread and escalate this case to a policy specialist? Thank you for your time and help! 🙏
It's very disrespectful how YouTube keeps ignoring me and closing my appeals with bots.
I put weeks of hard work into my 3D animation channel. Each video takes hours of intensive manual labor: scene setup, character rigging, frame-by-frame movement in Mine-Imator, rendering, sound design, and editing.
And then suddenly, the channel gets terminated for "Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams" after posting just ~10 videos. No warnings. No strike history. Nothing.
I appealed immediately, explaining the entire process, but it was rejected within 60 seconds by a templated AI response. They didn't even review it. Then, weeks later, a secondary empty channel with 0 uploads was also banned for "Circumvention" due to this exact AI cascade error.
I am a legitimate creator — I even manage a separate main project with over 500K subscribers and hold a physical Silver Creator Award, so I fully respect platform rules. I have raw .miproject files, timelines, keyframes, and render logs ready to prove every single frame is 100% hand-crafted.
One real human review, @TeamYouTube. That's all I keep asking for. Let's continue in DMs, I have already sent my Channel IDs in your DM
I'm having AI automated answers from you in 2 months. How long should i wait for real human response? I'm original content creator about 3D Animations by Minecraft. I'm not Spamer, you ignoring me for 2 months in DM , all answers which you shared w/ me was by automated system. Could you please recheck my case by a real human?
@TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube I'm still having automated andwers from AI support when you said that you will took another look, how much i have to wait for a real moderation response? I sent all proves and details. It's impossible to check it in 2 hours
Hello dear YouTube. I'm waiting for you answer about 8 days. I texted you 2 days ago just to review queue, but it's pointless. Could you please answer me and chech my channel URLs with pinned evidences?
@TeamYouTube
Hello, it's been two months since you last responded to me in DM regarding my deleted channels. Can you please reply to my latest DM messages? Deleting my channels was unfair.
I'm a genuine Minecraft 3D Animator, please message me in DM.
@TeamYouTube
You asked me to provide a link and proof of my innocence, but I haven't received a single response. This has been going on for two months since you deleted my channel. Will I get help from a real person?
I'm creator of 3D Animations by Minecraft, I can't be "Spamer"
@TeamYouTube
Almost 3 weeks ago, 6 of my YouTube channels disappeared overnight.
No warning or strikes. Just poof and they were gone.
More than 10 years of work.
3,000+ videos.
Over 1,000,000 subscribers across those channels.
And the part I still can’t wrap my head around is that in all those years on YouTube, I have never even had a single Community Guidelines strike. I’m a YouTube Partner. I’ve always taken YouTube’s rules seriously. I built my career on this platform and did everything I could to follow its policies.
Then one night, six channels were just… gone.
Three of them were actually reinstated after my appeals were accepted.
About an hour later, they were terminated AGAIN.
I hadn’t uploaded anything. I hadn’t changed anything. They were simply restored and then deleted again.
After that, YouTube repeatedly told me the decisions were reviewed and final. There was nothing I could do.
But then one of those same channels was reinstated AGAIN, with YouTube determining that it did not violate their policies.
So clearly, at least one of these “final” decisions was wrong.
And yet the other five channels are still gone.
That was almost three weeks ago.
I’ve appealed. I’ve contacted support. I’ve tweeted at @TeamYouTube. I’ve gone through every route available to me and still haven't reached a solution.
And this is the part that genuinely scares me, not just for myself, but for every creator who depends on this platform.
One wrong enforcement decision can erase a decade of someone’s work overnight.
And when it happens, you quickly realize how little you can actually do.
There’s no way to contact a real person to find out what happened, and to fix the mistake.
You appeal. You contact support. You post publicly. And then you wait, hoping somebody eventually looks at your case properly which might never happen.
For creators who have spent years building businesses, communities and careers on YouTube, that should be terrifying.
I know the response from YouTube to this tweet will probably be "We've sent you a DM, let's continue our convo there".
And then when I go to the DMs, I’ll see another generic automated response telling me that they're “looking into it.”
But you’ve been looking into it for almost 3 weeks.
At some point, I need an actual answer from an actual person.
These aren’t just random accounts to me. They represent thousands of videos, years of my life, and a huge part of the career I spent a decade building.
I’m not asking for special treatment.
I’m asking for the remaining five channels to receive a real, thorough human review, especially now that YouTube has already confirmed one of the terminations from this same enforcement action was wrong.
Please actually look at what happened here, @TeamYouTube.
I just want my channels back.
Hi @TeamYouTube
You banned my channel 2 months ago. Reason is "Spam" , my channel was about Minecraft Animations and it didn't violate any rules about "Spam" , i believe that it's a mistake, could you please review my channel?
