They gave everything, but it just wasn't enough...
But they can be proud of their journey. 👏
It was their first World Cup appearance since 1974, and they won their first-ever World Cup game against Uzbekistan and held Portugal to a draw.
And they only fell short against England in the final minutes...
Les Léopards made a whole nation believe again. 🫶🇨🇩
We marched peacefully to honour the memory of the young Kenyans we lost and to stand with their families in their pursuit of justice, despite constant threats and attempts to disperse us.
The issues that brought young people to the streets on June 25th, 2024 remain with us today: unemployment, corruption, overtaxation, and a government that does not care to listen.
The greatest tribute we can pay those we lost is to continue the work of building the Kenya they believed was possible.
To the mothers, fathers, families, and all Kenyans who carry this loss, you do not walk alone.
Aluta Continua!

Andrew Ochieng’ could not find Luo books to teach his daughter the language so he wrote them “Wapuonjre Dholuo.”
So proud of him for doing this for the culture.
Inyalo nyiewo ka in Kenya kata loka. Nyithindi ong’eyo Dholuo?
Dr. Gabor Maté issues a stark warning for today's parents: Keep young kids far from screens and social media—for many years.
No cell phones, no games, no solo screen time (maybe supervised Zoom with grandparents only). These devices are engineered to addict, and brain scans show actual damage in 3-4 year olds exposed too early.
Parents staring at phones? That sends the clearest message: this device matters more than you do.
Powerful reminder amid endless digital creep. In a world pushing screens from infancy, this feels radical—but urgent.
Parents: Have you set hard screen boundaries for little ones? What difference have you noticed in attention, mood, or connection? Real experiences below—no judgment.
Fasting for 72 hours is the best medicine on Earth.
It triggers your body to "eat up" tumors, inflammation, and toxins.
It's literally a doctor within.
Here's how to fast correctly (according to science):
I came across a hospital by the name WANTE NURSING HOME LIMITED.
It was “established” on 12th Feb 2025, applied to MOH on the 13th, and got approved the very same day.
In April, it received KSh 1,283 from SHA.
Then later, it received KSh 3.866 million.
Notice how the amount keeps increasing. HOW?
But on trying to trace it, the hospital doesn’t exist at all.
It doesn’t even have a phone number.
According to MOH, its location is in some forest in Mandera, coordinates: 3°02'16.3"N 40°58'44.3"E.
What’s even scarier is that in other months, it also received millions, in fact, more money than some subcounty hospitals.
But here’s the biggest question: how does a hospital get “established” on the 12th, apply for a license on the 13th, and get approved the same day?
If anyone has more information on this nursing home, kindly share it ASAP. I’ll be waiting.
Fake nursing homes are being registered to loot public funds.
I couldn’t speak for the first 6 years of my life and doctors said it was a permanent condition. I had already gotten used to sign language. One day I was fighting outside with my brother and he punched me in the stomach and I shouted: ruto must go! Doctors were in shock.
Just saw a TikTok that says “We are all selective sinners. We choose the sins we are comfortable with, and judge the people who commit the sins we're not comfortable with” and I’m afraid this is true 😭
Starting Tuesday, we are dedicating one full week to dismantling Esther Passaris , piece by piece, lie by lie.
This is no longer about her alone.
This is about setting a precedent: if you betray the Constitution, weaponize legislation to shrink civic space, and attempt to criminalize protest, we will make a national example out of you.
She has chosen to be the poster child of elite betrayal. So let her be the case study of public consequence.
We shall expose her record, her contradictions, her silence in the face of violence, and her complicity in state excess.
This will be a political dissection, not a shouting match.
And when it’s done, others will think twice before dressing oppression in pastel language and hashtags.
