Very disappointing experience. We bought Mardi Gras grandstand tickets through Hilton and universe but were never given the seats we paid for. Multiple other families had the same issue. No refund and no resolution.
I would not buy.

@Hilton claims the tickets I purchased are 3rd party yet they have this posted up on their building. That doesn’t look 3rd party to me. If it’s a scam why would you endorse it?
