Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 374/2026

On holding a parade in the city of Moscow

Taking into account numerous requests, and for the humanitarian purpose outlined during negotiations with the American side on May 8, 2026, I hereby decree:

1. To permit a parade to be held on May 9, 2026, in the city of Moscow, Russian Federation.

For the duration of the parade, starting from 10:00 a.m. Kyiv time on May 9, 2026, the territorial square of Red Square shall be excluded from the plan for the use of Ukrainian weapons.
