@Ask_Spectrum I hear what you're saying but for the last 20 years, when I reached the end of my twelve month promotion, I would call back in and you all would give me the new promotional pricing. So for the past twenty years you have not followed that policy. Why start now? Be consistent.
@GetSpectrum - Today you're losing a customer that's been with you for 20+ years and spent approximately $50,000. It was a very hard decision but we're cancelling. When a customer that's been with you for 20+ years can't get the same pricing as a new customer we've got a problem.
