@IndiGo6E Mrs. Anusha, Indigo’s executive at boarding gate 120 in RGIA airport, flight no. 6E351 calls passengers that boarding gate is getting closed prior well before their boarding closure and upon confrontation is rude. I am filing a consumer court complaint for her behaviour
@IndiGo6E@Pib_MoCA Here are a few issues with the blatant lies everyone in the chain has @IndiGo6E@Pib_MoCA . When I confronted the executive that boarding gate should only close prior to 25 minutes, she responded she got an early clearance and now these idiots are flipping it, appraising me.

Poor driver with his vehicle was waiting all along this ordeal, while poor customers fighting it out. This is not how businesses are to be run but how frauds are!

I am not sure if it is an excuse for the airlines to mint additional money from the passengers to book their seats.
When I tried to do a web check in on @IndiGo6E my message was that I cannot proceed further without seat selection as my departure time has been beyond 3 hours..
Now I set a reminder for that and tried to do a web check in and the message I keep getting now is that, I can’t proceed with it as my departure is within 3 hours @IndiGo6E . So much for digital india and wanting to use @DigiYatraOffice@DGCAIndia. Lodging an official complaint.
