@ntcph is there any way we can escalate as consumers paying correctly but received very poor services?
@PLDT_Cares No internet in Mandaluyong area for 4-days counting. I've been following up daily to get the same robotic answers, don't just say sorry and do something. I've already email DTI on this issue. What's wrong with your technicians??
