I so desperately want to get back to animating, but this all still needs time.
Weight painting and rigging has been very painful. Butt I definitely see progress and the... light at the end of the tunnel.

Scenario: A group of male cat-like Pokemon (or similarly proportioned dog-like, fox-like) are dominating a female trainer. What Pokemon do you imagine fits best here? Including but not limited to Meowth and Glameow.

Recent project has been working on a completely new Pokemon Trainer model, with textures made pretty much from scratch.

I have been working on new stuff here and there, but a lot of it is more on the side of model creation and rigging, with the general aim of speeding up model creation and animation.
...After I've been through the initial setup and learning curve hell.

Trying to keep the UV maps as close to the original models as possible, but that lead to the breasts having less detail.
With some UV and color attribute trickery, I can get some more detail in the areas I need to without destroying the original texture or UVs. For the most part.

Still lots to do, but progress is being made on the Animal Crossing model edits.
Bea has her genitals, but the player villager doesn't yet.

Hypothetically: If I were to return to making new animations, what would everyone like to see more of?

Can be certain games/franchises, specific characters, generally non-human (or more humanoid) characters, and so on.

@Kato_Shuu2 Game files seem to differentiate between 'Normal' and 'Special' characters. Normal characters are the villagers that can move in to your town, whereas Special characters are shopkeepers, visitors, Isabelle, K.K. Slider, etc.
Currently the only one in that folder is Kicks.
