Here's an up-close photo of Zenenvirotech's soilless experiment. We are growing mustards and kale indoors in a mix of coco coir, neem seed meal, and kelp meal. The production area is housed in a fabric grow bag.

We do this to test seeds and grow medium combinations for farmers.

Eight years ago Zenenvirotech had this growing in our inaugural school garden. Students, parents, and teachers benefited from the nutrient-dense produce. A number of school gardens cease to exist because of undercapitalized. Be sure to aid garden projects when possible.

FRESH PANTRY UPDATE: In December, Evansingston Farm delivered kale and mustards, its final harvest of the year to seniors in need of emergency food supplies. In January, Harmony Farmacy provided turnip bottoms to food pantries in St. Francis and Jefferson counties. #FoodSecurity
