@SerenaMaeve If your going for low cycle count 0-2 Sunday and Sparkle are better but longer battles like Anomaly Arbitration Cyrene is better but not by a lot. Honestly not worth the pull for Phainon if you have the first two already unless you go for Cyrene E2.
