1000 km update on the Aerox! Loving the amazing ride quality and sharp handling. This thing is a joy to ride in my city! The engine is settling in nicely and the mileage is improving to ~35 km/l.

@vibhusam28 @India_Yamaha So now in mumbai the monsoon is over, and I'm loving the braking experience even more! My front and rear are in sync (touch wood) and the deceleration is perfect, I can come back to a stand still from 80 in like a few seconds.

@vibhusam28 I agree! I tried the scooter at a different dealer and bought it from a different dealer, but the experience of riding this scooter is absolutely incredible. I think on paper it is a great scooter but on the road it is even more impressive!

@vibhusam28 I have been wearing the Gabit ring for a while now, TBH I'm only using it to see how I've slept! LOL
But the interface is quite cool.

It's a total game-changer. We also fine-tuned the rear brake, sanding down the RCB rear brake shoe for a much sharper bite.
Every minute spent working on the scooter was worth it. A perfect day for any enthusiast! Can't wait to hit the road and enjoy the new feel!

Upgrade day for the Aerox was a huge success! ✅
The stock rear suspension was notoriously hard, and my lower back was definitely feeling the brunt of Mumbai's rough roads.

The main event was swapping the stock suspension for a set of KTC Extreme rears.

These things are packed with N2O gas canisters and 3-way adjustability for compression, preload, and rebound.

After setting them up, the ride has transformed. The bike feels incredibly planted and responsive now, and most importantly, much more comfortable over bumps.
