@dcunited Honestly, drug test the ref 💀 bad calls going both ways. I know MLS refs can be spotty but holy hell. I don’t believe sending off Hefti for that tackle was warranted, even on a yellow. Ref had no temperature on the game and flipped his judgment on a lot of physical tackles

@dcunited If last year’s tape wasn’t enough, surely THIS goal is. Bartlett is more concerned about what’s going on near the back post than what’s infront of him. The angle he took was poor. Could’ve held his hand and walked the ball in the net with that NY player. Not a good look

@dcunited @opencup This “Manager” has too big of a résumé too be making such poor subs and line-up choices. Sure, this tourney is for the young guys but Murrel went out there STRICTLY for cardio 💀 As soon as he came on, I tuned out completely. DC is never a serious threat when he’s in the game

@dcunited Coach making some questionable substitutions. Clark choice was the right call but the other two— hard no. Shouldn’t have pushed baribo outside for a rookie. Kijma looked solid till you remember DC has a designated player chilling on the bench. Congrats to Peglow too 💀

@dcunited I feel like this game was mismanaged completely. Subbing pirani & Jackson on was the right choice but they should’ve been starting. Peglow ran around for an extra 30 minutes and predictably did nothing. Had Austin shown any more competence on offense it could’ve been a blow out

@dcunited @MLS Peglow can step off. The coach shouldn’t be exploring the roster at this point considering the guy had a quarter of a season an entire off season with it. I’m not the biggest Pirani fan but the pairing with baribo last week was solid. They just need time to get on the same page

@dcunited If the midfield stops turning the ball over they’d be solid. I Didn’t think 1 goal could do it but they played enough defense today 👍🏾 once the attack gets on the same page they’ll be dangerous. Season looks hopeful 🙌🏾
