@default_friend The trivial explanation is it's attention-seeking, but I think there's something to be said about how religion and spirituality are passe and the only modern construct we have to express certain feelings of otherness/connection is gender, so they're all being shunted into that.

This individual is Oxana Malaya, who experienced neglect from her alcoholic parents. Between the ages of 3 and 8, she sought refuge in a shed inhabited by wild dogs located behind her home.

Upon her rescue at the age of 8, Oxana exhibited behaviors resembling those of a wild dog. She growled, walked on all fours, sniffed her food before eating, couldn't communicate verbally, and her bark was reportedly indistinguishable from that of an actual dog.

Following her rescue, she was relocated to a hospital specializing in patients with mental disabilities. Over the course of several years, she received specialized therapy to help her overcome her dog-like behaviors and learn to behave like a human.

Today, Oxana is employed at a farm, though she continues to experience some degree of intellectual impairment.

This is an interesting point. I think kids who would have been punk/Satanist years ago are now on 4chan calling each other the n-word, blaming their problems on the Jews, etc. Not really any cool aesthetics involved though unless you like Cheetos and piss bottles.
