“There are a few places—banking clan is where I’d start, but I’m sure there are a few vaults scattered on the crappiest planets you can imagine. Geonosis. Tatooine. Myrskr.”
Runa watches carefully, eyes scanning for any details that can be used to potentially locate Raven.
"Well, while Cly is doing what she does best, Nar Shadaa at least gives me a starting point to track his financials. I can't imagine many people actively choose to have contact >
"Cly said she's on the hunt for him at the moment, and I'm looking into what and why he was on Nar Shadaa."
He said with a sigh while pulling up everything else Hawks had found on Raven at the holo table, including footage of his ship and Imperial Camera footage from Nar Shadaa.
> with Black Sun. It might be difficult to trace any sort of cred transfer from them... but I have a few tricks up my sleeve., especially if there is a date and coordinate data encoded into this holo."
She peers past the holo to Hawks. "You did get a copy that has that data, >
Her look says it all.
"It's going to take every credit we can muster to even find him at this point, but it's a start. The Black Sun probably have a massive bounty on his head-have you considered asking Cly if she's heard anything?"
Here comes the part where he was more nervous about.
"Well. . .that's just it. Last known sighting was him tackling some high ranking black sun out of a high rise viewport on Nar Shadaa. . .and surviving. Current whereabouts are unknown."
Blink.
"... great. Now there's two of you. Just what I needed."
She's teasing in her own sassy way.
"All right. I don't suppose you have any idea where we might start looking?"
Feeling a bit relieved Runa won't take every credit he has, for now.
"Well, you recall how I was formally married, right?"
Hawks said while uploading an image of Raven from his last known location on Nar Shadaa.
"Turns out, I have a son Runa."
"Trust me Runa, if you can find Raven's current whereabouts, I'd practically give you every credit I have."
Pause for realization of what he just said.
"That was an exaggeration, by the way."
"Well."
Snort.
"I did very publicly say that Count Dooku should have funnelled more money into the war effort than into his personal ship that we would have won it."
She makes a sound that's somewhere between consent and anger, but cracks a small smile.
"Yeah. You're right. Enjoy it while it lasts, right?"
She looks contemplative for a moment. "Hey-if I get that moon I want, I'll save a room for you. And any of your brothers that make it."
Oh.
Oh, she looks m a d.
"I knew you boys were made for the war effort, but a cropped lifespan? That's-"
She cuts herself off, narrows her eyes. Folds her arms over her chest. "That's just cruel."
"Besides the work that we do, Runa. Us clones grow twice as fast compared to a normal human. 40 years = to a normal human 's 80 years." Shrugging a bit at this
A slight chuckle from the clone.
"That so? Well, guess that could be nice to have something to fall back on. If I even live long enough to get into my old years."
