@NotAmberBerries The Midsummer Satchel, I have gotten one transmog piece a day. Not on the first bag, but definitely within 4.
As to Timewalking, I have never taken it seriously since they took all the fun out of at the end of DF, making it scale to player level, making lowbies stronger than 90s
@NotAmberBerries Which transmog are you waiting on?
The new set? You can get one piece per day as a satchel drop, steadily dropping the cost of blossoms.
But the game's evergreen content is not designed with alt-spamming. It is actually designed to not, hence repeats rewarding less.
@PatrickMitch87@ProJared Did you miss how Stop Killing Games was about live service entries only?
And how the most likely region for it to have made headway, the EU, failed? It won't go better anywhere else in the world presently (certainly not the USA, which is more capitalist-supportive than consumer)
@Wowhead PvP illusions... matching the themes of the story.
So why are these not in the story then, with something specific just for PvP that is disconnected from the story, because PvP itself is disconnected from the story.
@allyparser You act like WoW is the only game they make, and that North America is the only audience (granted, with the current travel standards to enter the USA, I doubt the international attendee list will be as high this year).
Also, the bands I'd want are all on tour through Blizzcon.
@MissMintyTTV The tank shortage issue is a playerbase issue, specifically a toxic playerbase issue.
New tanks can't enter the space, as DPS expect them to know perfect routes, fights, etc.
Old tanks are tired of the abuse by the same people. We will move on to closed groups or solo content.
@itsneryssa Ahh yes, the limited time EVERY YEAR loot.
Same as Hallow's End, Winter's Veil, and others.
And all newer rewards have bad luck protection.
I think that since they added the bad luck to the newer rewards in DF, I have missed a total of two, one I got the following year.
@Khorgnir Ahh yes, the "headcannons" of the storywriters.
But hey, you think that the draconic powers Evokers use should be "taught" to a gnome or vulpera.
There is validity in not giving infinite choice. Because then you get the reverse complaint of "this doesn't make sense"
@BBB8421@WrestlePurists This is the remaining El Grande's mask. His had a bit less damage.
There is the higher up on top of the head, and the spot on the inside of the right eye.
Chad Gable's took much more damage visibly.
@SnowHareAD@Warcraft Others have explained the technical reason.
The parts that wasn't said, and has proven to be the largest problem: the general playerbase's willingness to complain.
People would ignore any warning, and complain about the performance impact, because "Blizz allowed this".
@priestgf Shadowlands was the decline for me. Easily played the least.
Dragonflight forward has seen me playing considerably more, almost to my WotLK levels (life just takes more time now).
@towelthetank And this post is why no MMO can properly launch in this day and age.
- Need to launch with enough content for the content-hungry streamers, or it is a "dead game"
- Can't "time-gate" content, or drip feed complaints start
- Have to have enough content for 3-4 month cycle patches
@Neasper Quel'Danas has been in long-term regency longer, because Lor'themar refuses to take the mantle of King, as he believes he does not deserve it (and the Sunstrider line died with Kael'thas).
@sonii Riot's MMO may never see the light of day. They cancelled multiple other non-live service projects, axed half the 2XKO dev team in under a year.
The others, we will have to see. The problem they all have: Delivering enough content at launch to satisfy the no-lifers and streamers
@Portergauge They just need to fix some of the lingering issues with it.
- Get the rest of the profession quests given by the trainers there (only Inscription does, cause that NPC was missing prior to 12.0.5)
- Add a Crafting Order NPC
- Add profession supply vendor(s)
- Add Merit Token NPC.
