@ckaleiki And all this shit resulted in WoW making so many inclusive changes that made the game and future storytelling worse too, alongside their other games having similar things done to them. RIP
@NerkNews@ManletThorin That "intimidating" is why so many people liked the vibe of it early on. That's why it rose over 100+ Mil players having tried the game as opposed to other MMOs. It was part of the game. It's lost that charm now and A LOT of people notice it. It's designed for different people
@N_Tys26 They would have to make a new game to achieve this cause it won't happen with the existing versions of runescape or anything they could update it with. It would need to be a full fledged 3d game (not like RS3) to have a shot.
@Warcraft Remember when you dropped patches with 3 dungeons in them alongside a raid in WOTLK & Cataclysm? The OG's remember from the earlier days and how content ramped up over time, not down!
@Mvqdh There should be minimum 1 new BG per expansion, also like 4-5 reskins of other BG's so it has a new look w/ newer assets (easy work!) even if it's not different gameplay wise. Same for arenas, and then stuff like this each major patch too.
@TheHiddenOneAC The game being as big as it is, along with so many regional arcs is why the game is great and true to a Viking story. It's a slow burn, that's what makes it so great and games are allowed to have different paces, sizes etc and not fit the faster/smaller mold each time.
@CORSAIR@jalpztst20@InternetUser_1 That's some great long-term foresight for when you's update the website and the links get broken and no longer work. But I guess it's 2026 now and paper is expensive these days huh.
@ChronoOdyssey I feel like this game has a cool theme and concept, but the visuals need to match the early trailers and the combat really needed work and performance needed to be better. I hope you guys improve these three areas the most. Visuals are a big part for what you're going for too.
@Pur3_Pineapples Wait until you learn that the skill based system has been on since day 1 and the game has retained 90% of it's playerbase since launch. Funny that, almost like SBMM isn't the reason these other games die out.
@BGatesIsaPyscho These poeple need to be deported back to their country of origin so they can fit right in and experience unto themselves what they want to do to others.
@joshuagrant@xin_xvi That's fine if you disagree, but it doesn't mean you aren't wrong on the core point. I think if anything though, Blizzard could make login screens more important and incorporate "logging in" as a smoother transition from login screen to character select.
