i'm honestly surprised at some of our community. A few months ago we were in the middle of a brutal market l, bleeding money left and right, nothing was worth fuck. But nobody was crying. Why now? What's different? Is it because you see ppl around you making money trading shitcoins? Is it because you see projects actually in motion, fulfilling promises?
I wonder if mfers went through this doubt/fear phase, cursing sartoshi, calling him a rugger, dumping bags. I'm sure it did. I wasn't in the mfer community as much back then so idk, but I'm sure. I wonder if HiFo is just watching us, shaking their heads in disappointment. There ARE people here that are unphased by their lack of motion, and building themselves, learning, evolving, making art, developing their own brand, while building the Nakamigos brand regardless. I think that's a stronger utility than anything HiFo could ever provide you.
Now, it just sounds like every other nft project I'm in, "wen". Wen is wen you decide mfer, not them.

i believe making a great living at what you love is not only a possibility in web3, but truly is still the chance of a lifetime for creators in this game.

right now, taking a look at volume across @foundation & @exchgART for editions and 1/1 sales, it is quite rough for the full-time artists out there.

but on a long enough timeline, if you stick with your craft, and you keep on learning from each drop you do, from each shot you take, from each piece you make...

if you keep figuring out more and more ab ur craft, keep letting the muse guide you, keep networking, connecting, doing whatever it takes, taking the second job, or whatever, to keep pushing thru with your art...

then imo it is almost inevitable that you will "make it" as an artist

because on a long enough timeline, those who weren't meant for it will quit, and those who were meant for it (likely you reading this), will get noticed and will succeed in ways you might not even be able to imagine rn

but you have to keep trying, innovating, networking, and pouring it ALL in.

and you have to truly do it cuz u love it.

imo, we just keep it simple:

fall in LOVE with your process of growth. and continue to work on your craft until you can't be ignored

but remember that it takes time, as any beautiful thing does.
