Can you redeem you AAPL shares for iPhone inventory? Of course not! I bought MSTR at $18. They had a fraction the amount of BTC back then. How did they get me all that BTC? As a shareholder I can unequivocally say they created value for me. @saylor grew my stack better than I could have myself. I have confidence that he will continue to do so.
@chooserich How are you a victim when you yourself say you called it before you bought it yourself?! Don’t you have some chemo to go to? Or is that rug pull all played out already? It’s people like you that make crypto seem sketch.

@TheBTCTherapist His shares are a different class, they don’t get diluted, but that’s his cut for building our stash for us. Think of him as a hedge fund manager.
It’s basically trading at the necessary discount to yield the same as $ASST which makes perfect sense. That’s what you’d expect from a free market. If they increase the dividend they could get it back to par and run the ATM but that is expensive because they have a large existing $STRC base they’d have to pay more to monthly. Tough call, but I have full confidence in @saylor to make the right decisions.
Peter you do know that the internet is forever, right? You do realize that when the tide turns your posts will still be out there and you will look like a fool, right? Oh silly me, you probably have no clue how the interwebs work just like you have no clue how BTC works. Piece of advice - if you don’t understand something, keep your mouth shut.
@AnthonyPer63039@PeterSchiff@saylor No one forced anyone to do anything they didn’t want voluntarily. The market sets the price. The co is obviously long BTC so they felt it was a good opportunity to add shareholder value. There is no bad guy here.
@WellspringGP@PeterSchiff@saylor If you are long the stock, then retiring the convertible feature makes sense. Do you blame @saylor for believing in his business?
@PeterSchiff you remind me of a manager I had in the 90’s when I worked for a tech co. He would publish articles in PC Magazine explaining why the internet was a fad like CB radio. Because I was young and ignorant I assumed he knew better than me and as a result I missed out on life changing wealth opportunities.
You have a responsibility to the people who put their trust in you to take the time and understand the technology before you make statements like this.
