@MarioJoos @CAIS @hendrycks we’re up to $174,000 raised for the center for ai safety on @donatedotgg making us the number 2 charity token of all time. soon we will be number one with extremely modest volume. i know that this began with a ton of bad actors throwing insults and being disrespectful when you’re not obligated to do anything but what is best for you and your organizations. however, i and many others have done our best to show the human side of crypto. i hope you take the time to read this and ultimately respond, or at least have some conversations about the impact this could have on the ai safety initiative and reach/awareness for the team human movement. again, we don’t want an endorsement or direct support but an acknowledgment would increase volume and raise more funds. more and more i see ai concerns popping up on the timeline and voiced from people i come into contact with. it’s particularly evident with creators and artists. everything feels like ai slop and the pure human element of expression is slowly being diluted. i’m fearful of that. there’s also the serious discussion about how ai could potentially alter future life for humans. @MarioJoos i respect you. you’ve built something big as an entrepreneur and you’re working to make a difference with that stage. i honestly had not heard of the team human movement or cais before the token, which says the reach it could provide. i am also an entrepreneur, of vastly lower level. i don’t have the opportunity in my field to make a real difference day to day. i deal with physical inventory and sell on amazon. not glamorous, but i have built a life for myself and my family that is worth everything to me. i’m also a solopreneur and because of that i use ai every day to help me navigate the ups and downs of business. i see the progression daily. im worried. there are clear use cases but there are times where i am forced to take a step back and contemplate if this is all worth it considering it seems like a corporate arms race centered on greed. i actually want to be a part of something bigger with this token. i see this as a unique opportunity to feel like i (and others) did some good and raised money for a cause that can change life as we know it. i’ve still been working to gather signatures for the team human movement and i won’t stop. acknowledging the donations would be of benefit to everyone. you have an opportunity to shape the future world together. please give us the opportunity to help. we’re all humans in this together. thank you for your time.
