There are two different styles of building for the wooden tier. Once the traditional and once with a realistic look.
Both versions are available in the game. This is just the beginning

Decay system in under 60 second. In game, it will take about half an hour for a body to completely decompose.
This also applies to player caracters, which will take an hour for the process.
