Nami coordinates activity across chains. But how does it decide whether the incentives supporting that activity are worth their cost?

That’s where d(3,3) comes in.

d(3,3) adjusts NAMI emissions based on protocol performance, using key economic signals including the fees generated relative to the cost of emissions

For ogNAMI stakers, the connection is the fee activity those incentives are designed to support.
