World Mental Health Day & Turn Up Tuesday

What a day …. It wasn’t so long ago this day wasn’t recognised by the world.

At Zhero, Mental Health Day means a tremendous amount to us! The reason is quite simple, we produced our products to help with cognitive performance and mental focus, not just energy levels. We see the gap and want to improve people's lives….

There are many sports products like pre-workout powders and nutritional-type supplements in the marketplace, but how many products are designed by science for your mental clarity and performance, the answer is, unfortunately, not many.

Turn Up Tuesdays

I hear so many motivational Mondays going off around me, and I like and respect a lot of what I hear on Mondays all over the internet, however, if your mindset is set right you don’t need any motivation, you are self-motivated anyway… let me explain…

We are allowed to feel motivated but other people’s motivation, as we need a little push sometimes as a seasoned entrepreneur I get this....., but ask yourself …. now it’s Tuesday am I still motivated from Monday? …am I still following Monday's quote or energy? Most people don’t by Tuesday, then Wednesday the motivation is quickly forgotten….

Check-in with yourself on Tuesday again and turn up on Tuesdays like it's Monday, every day should be like a Monday!!! Up the volume… whether you are building a start-up, running a family home, or driving life goals forward…turn up... this is YOUR future that you hold in YOUR hands!

People say in the New Year let's change…. I’m always like really? Only now do you want to ....not in my book …make the change today is my belief, only excuses wait for the events to change or things to happen to make decisions…working on yourself is the most important thing you can do today, and it will enhance your tomorrow making every day as exciting and motivating as a Monday…

Mindest is king for all life issues, protect your mind and nourish it with positivity and you will fly my brothers and sisters.
