@ZayneDoesThings Always happy to hear things like this. But it also sounds like you've knowingly just infringed some Nintendo copyright and want people to know, if anything happens, it wasn't an OD...
I don't even like Zelda btw, but your last video was a great watch.
For anyone who hasn't got it yet, for the first time my Fountain project is now available for free on Patreon! I've also got 1:1 mentorship slots on there and lots of plans for upcoming art and tutorials. https://t.co/E3QXmS3Sbu
New one's up. Enemy spawning without Event Tick.
Because running code every frame to check if three seconds passed yet is a lot of asking for one answer.

New one's up. Improved rotation.
Ships lean into their turns now, tilting proportional to speed instead of just sliding around flat like a hockey puck.
plus some more bugs squashed.

New one's up. Improved movement.
The built-in interp helper everyone uses silently breaks at low FPS. Nobody talks about this, which means it's either a secret or I'm about to be very publicly corrected.

New one's up. Health and damage system.
Your ships can take damage now, instead of hanging on an unterminated string and quietly dying like the rest of us. Great ships. The best ships. Everybody's saying it.

@FR3NKD You are free to do what you want... You used AI to create a feature you found interesting.
Likewise, they're free to do what they want. They removed your post.
"Stem confirmed" Why would they want to risk any legal repercussion if it turns out you accidentally used stolen code?
New one's up. Refactoring the player.
Tearing out the duplicated code we deliberately wrote earlier. Past me made a mess on purpose so present me has something to teach.

New one's up. Base classes and hitboxes.
#shmup Fun fact: your hitbox is often smaller than your ship, and the enemy's is bigger than theirs. Quietly cheating in your favour and let you feel skilful about it.

@MyLordBebo This post and the comments are inane... "Man rocks up with AR and fires at people... The problem is the car plug..." As if everyone is trained like an action hero and would have otherwise pulled some crazy maneuver and taken out the shooter or something.
@jettelly While I think this means more than a lot of people are willing to acknowledge for Godot. Being the most used engine in what is now the largest game jam is a clear sign of sentiment shifting. I also don't think Unity or Unreal are going anywhere.
New one's up (Yesterday...). Collision detection.
The enemies finally notice when they hit something, rather than gliding serenely through walls.
