@begottensun @nickmangwana I remember your post saying Zimbabweans are ungovernable when accidents increased along Lomagundi Road after the upgrade. People argued saying there isn’t enough controls. Essentially proving we are ungovernable, we need to be monitored for sanity to prevail

@mindbreakerZim @nickmangwana @PoliceZimbabwe Problem is those reg numbers belong to the first car owners and those cars have changed hands without change of ownership. changing ownership is very boring and unnecessarily expensive here. Most public office create bottlenecks to fleece people of money.

@nickmangwana @PoliceZimbabwe ….the process of change of ownership is soo flawed and demoralizing. It would be good if the initiatives applied to the passport office also spread to most public offices so that people are motivated to do as required by the law

@nickmangwana @PoliceZimbabwe Sir Mangwana, we applaud the work the Police is doing. Don’t you think there is need to allow easy of change of ownership, updating of owner addresses and synchronizing CVR and Zinara so that those fined have to pay the fines before licensing their vehicles…..

@PoliceZimbabwe Synchronize with ZINARA and fines be paid first before licensing. Gvt shud revisit & make change of ownership easy. Most of these cars have changed hands and still no change of ownership. Change of ownership and easy updating of owner residence will help track offenders

@makakaseni Maybe. In the last 10 years, changed shocks twice. Control arms because our roads maybe once every 2 years. Consumption on highway is superb. I do 12 km/litre at 140-160km/h
