Lord give our national leaders the wisdom to know what is right and the courage to do it. Lord give us your light and your truth to guide us in our ways and help us to seek your will in our lives. In the name of Jesus we pray Lord that you will restore our nations' former glory.

Lord we ask you to lead and guide us as we face these uncertain times in our nation. We ask you Lord to reside among us so that we dwell in the comfort of your Holy Spirit. Lord we are comforted by knowing that you are Alone are our Savior and the ultimate Master of our lives.

We also get comfort from our understanding Lord that you are the ultimate solution to every challenge that we face as a nation. Father may you touch all the national leaders and the candidates during this year's elections.
