🚨BREAKING: Donald Trump has just been ARRAIGNED in Miami and has been OFFICIALLY charged with 37 felony counts relating to his mishandling of classified documents.

I’ll update you every step of the way 👇

Right now, Trump has SURRENDERED to U.S. marshals at the federal courthouse in downtown Miami, where he will be booked and processed.

As part of the process, Trump will be fingerprinted. He’ll then be taken to a courtroom to appear in front of the judge.

Significantly, a DNA swab is expected to be collected, which would be put in a federal database. An official familiar with the situation said Trump will not have his mugshot taken and instead his official portrait will be used.

Trump is not expected to be handcuffed, since he is not under arrest.

Secret Service agents will accompany Trump during the entire process.

The historic appearance marks the first time a former president has been indicted on federal criminal charges.

One thing is certain: Donald Trump is a disgrace to our country.
