I'm having to use my Phone Data bringing my phone bill higher!!!!! Then Windstream/Kinetic will not credit our acct when our service does not work. They want to keep billing us a high WIFI bill, even if the WIFI service doesn't work at all. No one can work or stream TV anymore!

My service has been going off and on for over a week and we are tired off this service already. I have been fighting with Windstream for years about their service and cost.

@think_link Yeah I found out I don't have to have a land line anymore for the internet. One of their own techs told me this. He/She told me that minus the land line is called NAKED DSL.... so if you still have a land line with the internet you don't need it anymore. You can save money.
