I spent over six hours on hold to try and book a flight with @westjet today. Crazy!!!Then I gave up. The press one for call back just disconnects!! Tried 3 times. Traveling with pets so unfortunately I have to actually speak to a rep to make sure there’s room on the plane.

Frustrating went into @Bell to get help to unlock a phone I purchased. currently with Telus for my other device, who had no problem unlocking it. Would have considered @Bell but service is questionable!
