We also addressed our concerns with the Portfolio Committees on Human Settlements, Public Works and COGTA in September as the two Departments and the local Municipalities were stakeholders on the Program but we haven't heard back from the Committees as well.

@Olivier155144 I agree with you. I also find society's reaction so disappointing. So many people will be affected negatively by these people's actions. Nobody is thinking about the children whose Mothers will be in their classmates' phones. Society should be taking a moment of reflection.
