I am working on a POC (Proof of concept) for Custom assets created/issued on Zcash using Orchard Zcash Shielded Assets (ZIP227)

This allows for any Zcash user to create their own custom shielded asset using the 2022 Orchard shielded pool, built on Halo 2

like a "memecoin"

Technical Update:

Added some more tests and kani harnesses to is_unreachable_host, FlyClientIpKeyExtractor, normalize_hash and some kani for auth and merkle

All 200 tests green (was 168 → now 200, plus 9 new Kani harnesses on top of 6 from before ).

Exposed RPC mode is live

You expose its JSON-RPC on a public URL. We poll it every 5 min

Before you had to build the relay from our opensource repo

Now there's no need all you do is expose a json-rpc and we will ping it getblockcount (your tip) and getblockhash

Today we will be working on exposed RPC mode

This allows you to verify node and block height without installing our opensource prover

All you do is expose your json-rpc to our public URL and we poll it every few minutes

This will make installation process easier for users
