Well I had it nice and clean yesterday and cluttered it again today! 😂 Ceiling fan in, moved in stove & cabinets. Moved the breakfast nook in, but I’m not sold on it completely yet.

Got the window frames done. I was going to just put an area rug or two in Vance’s loft, but he wanted flooring…😭 I absolutely hate doing flooring! But I had enough left over so he’s got his flooring lol. Just have the last side section of the loft to finish up. 🔥❤️
And a quick drive across the property before I go. A good portion of the property is woods which is my favorite part! But that video would take too long hoofing it.
Been working by myself the last few days doing trim, doorway, and window frames. Got just about everything done below the lofts, except for I need to get some trim to go around the windows. Used the extra to cover up gaps in the ceiling panels and I like how that turned out.
Now that I’ve completed my 4th week, I’m ready to share my results. A few days I broke my rules & paid for it. But overall I’m extremely happy w/ my execution! And I think I’m more than ready to join my friends again sharing ideas & encouragement! A couple weeks & I’m back! 🔥❤️
Since I’m close to moving into the cabin, I figured I better shake the rust off & at least practice my risk management an hour or 2 a day. I started on 12/18 w/ $2500. No charting or prep, just day trading $SPY & practicing entries & risk management based on intraday range.
Been awhile since I’ve given an update here. Toilet in, baseboards, and mini split so I have heat in the cabin now! Putting in sinks, refrigerator, & stove next week then I should be moving in! Once I get wifi set up I’ll be trading again as well as continuing my Zippo sales! 🔥

I’ve been so busy w/ the new land & building the cabin I haven’t posted here in forever! Well here’s the latest news that’s been keeping me busy! I’m officially a grandpa at 42! 😳🔥❤️ She’s perfect! Now you young buck traders can really make fun of my age! 😜😘 #priorities
Cabin finally on the foundation and lagoon nearly finished! Running the water line and electric Monday! And got my porch fans from Amazon just in time! 🔥❤️
Productive day! It’s all starting to come together! Crawl space/foundation walls finished, water meter/ tank put in, lagoon/septic started! This week the cabin will be moved onto the foundation! 🔥❤️
