Hydration before and during and after athletic competition is extremely important to maximize athletic performance. Athletic Trainers have the responsibility of monitoring the hydration status of all athletes during practices and competition.
Athletic Trainers use prophylactic tape to prevent injuries from occurring. Every tape job is not the same. There are different angles for the different supports that the Athletic Trainer wishes to accomplish during their tape job. #NATM2019
