Before we started building on @HyperliquidX, an earlier version of Zirodelta ran on CEXs. It was working well!
until they changed policy.
Everything we'd built relied on permissions they could revoke. It pretty much collapsed overnight.
Centralized control means the rules can change at any time. You don't really own a business, you're just renting one.
I've been farming funding rates on Hyperliquid since 2024. Never had a single an issue. When we rebuilt @Zirodelta and started building Zidee, there was no other option. Users sign once and never lose custody. No policy can touch their funds.
What the Hyperliquid team built is rare. A real on-chain orderbook. Non-custodial architecture that doesn't compromise on UX. An airdrop that aligned the chain with users instead of capital. They didn't bend the protocol to court institutions.
Now the institutions are arriving anyway.
That's the inversion most people most often miss. Hyperliquid didn't bend to attract capital. Capital came because they didn't bend.
We pivoted here for the architecture, not the narrative. The architecture is winning. The narrative is just catching up.
The market is figuring out what I learned the hard way.
Look at this tokenized fund paying this yield.
Our self-custody can deliver the same yield,
or even higher.
Their market caps range from just $10M to as high as $1B.
The potential is massive for @zirodelta
hard to give up.
we should reach that stage.
Zidee Wallet pays your subscriptions from your funding yield. USDC earns delta-neutral yield on Hyperliquid in the background.
Bills come out of what it earned. PWA now, native apps coming soon 👀
Zidee week 1 data is in.
Honest takeaway:
If you deposit $1,000+, you get full deployment across our entire coin universe.
One user this week: 27.89% APR.
If you deposit $25, autopilot skips most positions because of HL's per-coin floor, you're sitting idle resulting avg only 4.73% APR.
If you deposit $100+, autopilot can diversify across funding-rate leaders and get around 7%+ APR.
The threshold for serious yield is ~$100.
Below that, you're paying for the floor.

Look at the initial chart? That is the liq cascade happening.
CSC ate that 10/10 punch and still beat $BTC by 115pp over 7 months.
I think directional carry isn't a bug, it's the price of admission.
While CC was barely affected by it.
So it's just a matter of portfolio management.
Posted my carry strategies as receipts, not screenshots. Both update every 24h from live HL data.
All rooted in funding rates.
Safe one paid +3% with 1.5% drawdown. Delta neutral.
Aggressive one paid +79% with 44%.
Market neutral.
Decide for yourself.
