Throughout reading Anne Frank's diary I hoped she would somehow survive in the end. I knew how it ended, but hey, dream on. Stumbling onto this was poignant to say the least.
A piece about changing as a reader by Andy Diehn on @The_Millions. Made me feel like we could be friends, and that's a nice feeling.

"Breaking Bad but instead of a chemistry teacher forced to cook meth its a struggling artist forced to make hentai."
I thought it was a very funny prompt, so here's what I wrote: https://t.co/lNsHuYcbyy

Alright, continuing desensitization to posting my stuff. I like to write off of writing prompts, so I wrote this little exchange:

I love writing, but actually sharing what I write sucks. Got to get over that fear, so a poem for a writing challenge with the prompt: "What would you say to your younger self?"

@SpiralChris I'm using r/destructivereaders for feedback because my friends and I aren't native speakers. Thanks for the encouragment, it's already fun, and thanks for taking the time to reply 😀
@SpiralChris Maybe also people who are just starting out in writing. I think it helps with motivation. If I sat down to write and I knew nobody was going to read it, I might not even write it. However, when writing for myself, any additional reader would make me happy
@SpiralChris That's awesome, do you change style depending on the audience or do you have one style across all audiences? Also, how do you feel about the advice: "write for an audience of one", i.e. yourself?
@ubisdimensions I finished it and bought it! I think the strongest levels were those with cubes and gravity switches because they were hard and satisfying to solve. I was disappointed with the last one; it took me less than a minute to clear. I think it is a well designed game though all in all
@GameAtomicGames Love the bulkiness paired with the narrow bones, but maybe fewer colors? E.g. the orange could be a shade of the already used blue on the legs, and the blue on the hat a shade of purple?
