@Scholastic
That time again I ask you to pleeeease do a crowdfunding campaign next year for a 30th Anniversary Collector's Edition of @kaaauthor's Animorphs #1: The Invasion.
Millennials are in our prime to spend money on nostalgia! Gimme a blue "gecko-skin" leatherbound!
@LigerzeroGaming Bad take dude,
The meat & dairy industries not only do waaaaay more harm to the environment due to their inefficiencies, they also do it on your tax dollars because of their heavy subsidies to keep them afloat.
You can dislike people forcing their views, but don't get virtriolic.
@maticrobots@mehul @RyGy59 @SnazzyLabs@Philfreeze96 Is the Matic functional without active iOS?
Can I just set it up, configure my floor plan and a run-schedule with someone else's iPhone and still have most functionality without daily connection to the app?
REALLY want one of these suckers but that's an expensive doorstop! π
@mehul @RyGy59 @SnazzyLabs@Philfreeze96@maticrobots Is there *any* speculation for an ETA for Android support?
Would love one of these (and with the pre-order promo!) but it'd be stuck as a very fancy door stop at my house until it works with android.
@kaaauthor, @MichaelGrantBks
Not sure who has the licensing at this point, but what are the chances we can get a special collector's edition of The Invasion for it's 30th in 2026? @Scholastic?
Something like Sanderson's uber-cool leatherbound edition kickstarters could work!
Hey @ImmersedVR is there a way to use a bluetooth keyboard/mouse connected to the Quest 3 through Immersed?
I'd love to use this away from my "desk" but can't seem to get HID working unless they're directly connected to the PC itself.
@maticrobots
How is the Matic's capabilities with multiple floors?
I imagine with it's type of vision system it's pretty drag-and-drop but can it keep 2 floor maps at once and recognize them?
@LeirielVR I still don't know why they killed it.
Sure their monetization may have not worked out as well as they hoped, but it was still one of the best VR experiences and the multiplayer was still pretty populated to the last day.
@MacabreMacaw @tithonia_tea @RomanWriting That's my understanding as well.
And going from draft scripts to first viewing? Of COURSE there's gonna be a lot of "ohh they changed that," "They didn't fix that," "Ahh, they didn't take my advice here." Off the cuff remarks.
I just don't think commentary is good for 1st times.
@CreativeSpoonie @JanyaSedai @RomanWriting Might be a bit of a stretch. https://t.co/9ytdIFmuPX
But also, if you've ever met Brando you could tell dude doesn't have one salty bone in his body. Discerning and critical? Sure.
Can't imagine him even miffed, let alone salty.
@JanyaSedai @CreativeSpoonie @RomanWriting Because he was asked to, and DW pushed ahead despite Sanderson advising against this content.
He showed up and did what he was asked to do. It was the show's slip up that they wanted to do commentary on a first viewing from a guy who wasn't caught up.
@MacabreMacaw @tithonia_tea @RomanWriting Seriously, everyone involved should have watched not only the episode but the whole season already.
If you want Sanderson's opinion, he needs to watch it all first or you're gonna get non-context knee-jerk reactions.
Big slip up.
