Resilient Disasters. One of my motivations of messaging protocol is to work in disaster. Right now, Internet is either up or down.

I know other people have thought similar ideas about store-and-forward messaging but I wonder why it isn't already being used.
I really do feel like I'm designing generic email. Like from some alternate universe where we use email readers instead of web browsers.
The question is how to get people using apps that work best in disaster.
I am thinking of starting with messenger that work on ham radio or local network including Bluetooth and Wifi Direct.
I worry that I am twenty years too late, that the Internet is now ubiquitous and reliable. it is hard to get people to use something that only works in disaster. And hard to persuade apps to have backup mode that might never be needed.
@ScionAltera I don’t want to change my task system. But I guess board for just laundry would work.
I just realized I could have Washer and Dryer tags in Todoist to track them.
I wish Todoist had way to mark tasks in progress. I would use it mainly for doing laundry so could know that need to move laundry from washer to dryer. I need to come up with way to track that.
The two broken switches just started working yesterday. The only theory I have is that power flicker broke then and power drop revived them. I don’t know what to do with them since can’t trust them.
One of my smart switches died and won’t even work as normal switch. Most annoying is that model isn’t available. Not sure where will find another no neutral ZWave switch.
I like how Flightradar24 date picker is in local time and time picker is in UTC. Making it impossible to select times in recent past when UTC is in new day.
I’m annoyed that there doesn’t seem to be any medicine for migraine postdrome, There are plenty of preventatives and abortives to stop headache. But none to stop feeling crappy afterwards.
