@itvMLshow I was recently made unemployed by a ski company. I was employed in the 28th Feb and have been paid March’s wages, but was just to be employed until the end of April. Could I be on Furlough?
@flybe once again @NorwichAirport are convinced that you insist on telling airport staff to measure suitcase with the wheels down... can you please correct them
@flybe If this is the case Beann, then this information needs to be in writing or on the ticket information for the passengers travels and obidead by by all of the airports you use as carriers. It’s simply not good enough that even you are unsure on the rules and regs.
@flybe@Zo_Way is 'standard practice' to have bags measured wheels down. It ONLY says that passengers should be prepared to have their luggage measured. Fair enough. But please point me to the EXACT wording in your T&Cs where passengers MUST to put luggage in wheels first. Thank you 2/2
@flybe@Zo_Way But Beann I monitor this account daily - there is no consistency between you social media team. Many reply to passengers that it is PERFECTLY ok to put the case into the sizer in any way up the passenger chooses. AND I've just double-checked your website. NOWHERE does it say1/2
@NorwichAirport@flybe Why then have Flybe informed me otherwise?? Please see above screen shot of conversation with @flybe on twitter just yesterday which states that you, infact, incorrect to have not allowed me to travel with me hand luggage...
@NorwichAirport I think you need to clarify with @flybe their exact rules regarding hand luggage.i was unable to return to Exeter with mine today, even though it was within the dimensions and perfectly fine on the way to Norwich. Please view the following tweet...
@flybe Well I’m glad it’s been flagged up and I’m sure the ladies at Exeter airport would like you to reiterate this you’re other airports such as @NorwichAirport . However, this does not solve the problem that my bags are now left in Norwich...
@flybe do you ask your staff to measure the hand luggage with wheels down? Because I’ve not read anywhere on the ticket that this is the recruitment.

@NorwichAirport care to take a look at the following tweet from Flybe themselves... therefore I left my suitcase in Norwich for no reason... after being told it had to be wheels down.
@flybe not a happier flyer today unfortunately. I was not able to fly home with cabin luggage as it miraculously became too big over the weekend in Norwich. Perhaps Exeter airport should check cabin baggage more carefully... some what annoyed doesn’t cover it.
@flybe Very well advised. However, all of your service providers should be singing from the same sheet. This is not MY fault as your CUSTOMER. Therefore, why should I now be expected to pay... this seem more your problem than mine.
